Which lens shoudl i get?

Do you definitely need 300mm at the long end? I got the 55-200 vr cheap and small as something to take on holiday, and my quick look around the net put it ahead of all the 'previous generation' of the 70-300s et al. For 70-300 I'd agree with the both and go with the current Nikon VR version, but it's 3x the price.

Okay, heres what ive found.

£75 Sigma Telephoto zoom lens - 70 mm - 300 mm - F/4.0-5.6 - Nikon F
£60 Sigma 70-300mm f4-5.6 DG Macro For Nikon Digital & Film Cameras
£75 Sigma AF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 D DL Macro Lens - Nikon Fit
£95 Sigma DG 70-300mm 1:4-5.6 Lens For Nikon SLR

Any of these?

I need to know the differences :\

I would buy a Nikon 55-200Vr over all of those lenses.
If you want a 70-300 type lens on a budget then get the tamron VC version for about £280.

So all of those are cheap are rubbishy? Thats all i need to know :)

Im thinking 55-200vr, i thought the 300 would be better incase i ever wanted it in the future, but nah i dont think its worth it.
