Which long range WiFi extender

I'm after some help regarding some WiFi extenders.
I live and work on a farm where I would like to be able to pick up my home WiFi. I'm on a BT FTTP system which is pretty fast.
Could someone recommend an WiFi extender so I could pick up my home network please.
My home and work are about 100 - 150 yards apart.

If you have LoS between the two points, cheap may look like a pair of nano-stations, you will need power though in some form.
