which mechanical keyboard?

Just had to switch psu off as backlight stayed on after I shut the computer down.anyone had similar and know the cause? My Lycosa didn't stay on.

The new Razer Blackwidow Stealth Editions are said to have quiet mechanical keys. I haven't seen any reviews yet on YouTube regarding the key noise but this is certainly one keyboard I am interested in looking into/

I would heartily recommend the qpad mk85 probably one of the best purchases I have ever made for my computer in a long long time.

Sure, mechanical keyboards aren't cheap but they are easily worth it and I can't see myself needing a new keyboard for years to come.

Mine has the mx red switches, I have tried the blue switches and while they are nice to type with, they are very loud and take a while for the actual switch to actuate. With the reds, they are instant and feel very nice to type on.

I think it could be a setting in the bios where the USB ports remain powered after the computer is off. Not sure why it didn't stay on with the Lycosa though.

Have read something somewhere about enabling erp on the bios to reduce power when shutdown to try and fix it. Is there a downside to this as i do not understand why this is not on by default if it simply saves power :|

I think it was one of the "cool" features advertised with the boards tat you could charge stuff when the PC was off :)

I've ordered an Osmium (elsewhere though) looking forward to trying it out :)
