Which memory for Ivybridge?

I am considering an Ivy build and am rather confused with the choice of memory available, especially since my rig is 5 years old and I haven't really been looking.

So, I'll be going with an i5 and the Z77 board. What speed of memory do I need if I decide to over-clock the i5? I gathered from reviews that faster RAM worked better but there seems to be too much choice...

Thanks

Was hoping to bump this thread a little, seeing as we're a few months on and memory has moved up a little and we know a bit more about the Ivy Bridge processors.

I am looking to build a rig with a IB 3770K CPU and a P8Z77-V Deluxe MB so far. As to what ram to use I'm at a bit of a loss. Some suggestions would be great as I know ram can differ depending on setup.

Another vote for samsung green here. Look good quality and a small profile - ideal if using a big air cooler. Look tiny compared to the memory I removed from my 1156 motherboard (corsair with cooling fins).
