Which memory for SB setup?

Just got myself a Z68 board and a 2500K but I'm confused as to which memory to get. It's probably a dumb question but is there any tangible performance benefit when using say 1600MHz RAM over 1333Mhz? I'm looking to keep costs as low as possible but I don't mind spending a few quid extra if it's a worthwhile investment. This is the kit that I was looking at getting:

Best sticking with 1600Mhz with SB, either of these kits are ideal.
