Which Memory Please?

Hi guys,

I've bought myself a Asrock 939NF6G-VSTA Micro ATX (Socket 939) PCI-Express DDR Motherboard to put in a secondary machine. I was however wondering what speed memory I can put into it as it supports up to DDR400, but I'm not sure where the PC2-4200, 5300 comes into it and what it will successfully support.

It takes DDR ram. PC2 is DDR2.

You are looking for PC3200 DDR RAM.
