Which Memory ?

I'm going to setup a pc and wondering about the rams.

I'm going to OC to 4GHZ an i7 on rampage xtreme, 1600Mhz should do the trick or 1886Mhz ram will be needed?

If 1600Mhz:
Corsair Dominator 6GB (3x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C8 (1600MHz)
Corsair XMS3 6GB (3x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C7 (1600MHz)
Kingston HyperX 6GB (3x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C8 (1600MHz)

Kingston vs Corsair?:/
PS: XMS3 Having lower timings isn't better for overclocking?

If no

Corsair Dominator 6GB (3x2GB) DDR3 PC3-14400C9 (1866MHz)
Kingston HyperX 6GB (3x2GB) Intel XMP DDR3 PC3-14900C9 (1866MHz)?

Any suggestions?
