which method to use to update bios?

Gigabyte x58 UD5, OCUK tech boys have asked me to update my bios on my overclocked bundle to make it stable. Which method do people prefer, Qflash or @BIOS?

I just normally use the option in the bios using the usb pen. When you boot up and press "del" which brings up the bios for ocing etc, I get an option for bios flashing.

QFlash every time. Avoid flashing from within Windows if an alternative option is available.

Just do as Ben has said, dump the new BIOS onto a USB stick, job done.

Be aware you will lose your overclock settings however.

Make you you don't flash your motherboard on a rainy or windy day.
You don't want to result in lost of power during the flashing process.
It's advisable to backup your bios first!
