Which Microsoft Database Cert?

As title really - I'm looking to add to my CV with a Microsoft Cert.

This will be my first one, so I'm not really sure how they work. I've found this which has a SQL Server section, but I'm not really sure what the differences are between each, and each exam etc.

Can anyone advise?

Though if you already have a few years' experience with SQL Server then MCITP is fine.

Thanks for your reply - I've been using SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services for about 18 months.

Would you recommend I go down the MCTS route first before doing the MCITP?

It looks like the exam for the MCTS is the same one required for half of the MCITP - is this correct?

It wouldn't surprise me if this is the case. It would be a good starting point. I couldn't give you real advice though as I am new to MS Certs myself.
