Which mobo!?! (again)

Hi, Im looking to build a PC with an e4500, an x1950, 2GB DDR2 6400 RAM, and dont know which mobo to go with.

I know that a lot of you will recommend the Gigabyte P35-DS3R, and it is between this and the DFI P965 S-DARK.

I will be overclocking slightly, but not going insane with it-I wont be OCing any more than what the games I am running at the time need! I wont be looking to upgrade anything (except maybe the graphics card to DX10) for at least 3 or 4 years

So is it worth spending the extra money on the Gigabyte? Will that still be a motherboard that is worth having in 3 years time? Or should I just take the DFI, and accept that in a few years I will have to upgrade the mobo, RAM and CPU?

E4500 is 200fsb at stock so a 965 has plenty of overclocking headroom.
The price for the DFI is great as long as they've cured the squealing problems.

Get a P35 mobo for future cpu support like penryn

But by the time I want to upgrade my CPU will there not be something out that is beyond Penryn? That the P35s will not cover?

You might as well get the cooler running P35 chipset.

P35C has 2 DDR3 slots as well as 4 DDR2 slots.
