Which monitor is best for gaming??

Remove the post mentioning the competitor quickly mate. And its the 11T your talking about? the 20T is a lot better. I would get the 11T over the other 2 you chose still.

Sorry about that, I edited it quickly, how do I remove it??
It is, I cant afford the better one, But if I can, Ill strech to the cheaper benQ monitor if it is better. How is the screen for brightness (No LED) And colour?
Many thanks.

EDIT: I think it is LED actually, my bad.

- Screen Size: 24"W LED-backlight

as for ppl saying other one is better , i think better words would be its not any worse , as this is newer and also gets rid of all the stuff u will never use anyway , so ye this one is ideal once set up properly , posted my settings on another thread in this forum if u search for the monitor

I appreciate all the help. I was having a hard time choosing, and allthough the Asus MX was a good monitor, id prefer a higher refresh rate above all.

Okay, ive just spent about 2 and a half hours reading reviews on the BenQ XL2411T 24", does anyone here actually have it? The reviews report washed out colours and horrible settings out-of-the-box, They say that its a nightmare to get set-up. They did say that input lag and pixel response is great on this monitor, but I really want vibrancy and sharpness. Apparently the refresh rate is awesome tho. So is there going to be a massive trade of between frame speed and picture/colour quality?
I apologize for all the questions guys, you have been great!

:) Cool, Ive never owned any BenQ monitors before, I had a BenQ mobile phone once and it was probably the worse phone I ever had. Im going to buy it, I want to experience 120 fps :)

Is my lonely 7970 going to be able to give 120 fps in many games, thats the question. I think id prefer more fps over slightly higher res anyway. On a different forum people are suggesting the dell ultrasharp 1920x1200, it looks horrible tho.

I had a HP LP2475 before my BenQ, all this stuff about picture being far far better on IPS panels is exaggeration i think as you have to remember with 120hz the picture will be very clear too for the loss of worse colours that are not a lot worse though like some claim.TN panels have far exceeded to what they were 5 years ago, obviously IPS produce the better angles/colours but i think the gap is less than it was.

I guess if i was doing some photography work then i would see the difference being larger.

Thanks for all the info, I have ordered the 11T BenQ, Its currently out of stock at the mo so will take a couple weeks. Im fairly confident now too thanks to this thread :)

Yeah, I dont like the dells, Even on their tech specs, they are worse than most and usually a tad more expensive. I know in the states they love them.
