hi. i want to build a machine for basic office work and playing hd movies which would consume less power than my gamming comp. i found nvidia released these new chip set called 9300 and 9400, so i read a couple of reviews and found them to be not as great as i thought actually, so i was wondering which chip set/ motherboard should i get for mainly watching HD movies on my 37" tv.
features must have:

atleast 4 usb at back
2 or more sata ports
able to play HD movies with intergarted gpu and a e2160 not overclocked
