I'm looking to get the Dell XPS 15 laptop which comes with a 750GB standard HDD.

It has an msata slot so I'd like to stick a 128GB drive in there and use the 750GB as storage.

Can anyone recommend an mSATA drive. Max about £100 please.

Thanks.

plextors might be faster but they are sandforce controlled?

m4 has a more reliable marvell controller

plexter might be fine though,my corsair gt uses sandforce and its been fine

Cool. I guess most SSDs are over their dodgy firmware and reliability problems then. Didn't want to buy something that could have firmware or other problems. It needs to (hopefully) last the next 7 years while I do my college course next year and then 6 years of uni!!

marvell controllers are ok,and Samsung's own controller

early sandforce did have reliability issue's but seems fine now
