Okay guys, due to travelling a lot these days my trusty 17" laptop has become a slight annoyance on getting around etc.

So im looking at the netbook option - I've found two which i think would be suited to my needs (Able to run Photoshop and autocad, aswell as some league of legends which would be a bonus)

The options:

Dell m101z - full spec option

AMD Athlon II Neo K345 (dual core)
OS Windows® Recovery Media Not included
11.6" WLED (1366 x 768) HD TFT Display with TrueLife™
4096MB 1333MHz Dual Channel DDR3 SDRAM [2x2048]
320GB (7,200rpm) Serial ATA Hard Drive
Integrated ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 4225

£500

Or

The Alienware m11x

Not sure what build on that but the best/lowest cost option

Around £900

Is it worth paying the extra £400? for the m11x over the m101z - wanting something which will last me for at least a few years...

Thanks in advance for the advice :)

Hmm id say no. But then those athlon neos dont perform that well. I really want a netbook but im waiting till Q4 2012 when AMD codename "krishna" comes out and has a quadcore 2.4ghz and a HD7450 at only 9w.

Its up to you really.

Cant really wait till then as im travelling now - going to Hong Kong in March so really need something before then - If theres any other netbooks i should consider getting just say
