Hoping someone can steer me in the right direction. I'm looking for a new HDD to replace (or possibly run alongside) my WD Raptor WD740ADFD. Budget of £50-80.
It'll initially be in my existing PC, but I'll be upgrading in a couple of months and moving from XP to Windows 7.
I'm looking for something that will be fine for gaming, has 750GB - 1TB and isn't overly expensive - I want something competent, not top of the range.
In terms of how to use the two HDD's, it crossed my mind to have Windows 7 running on the Raptor and my games etc on the new HDD...but I'm not overly tech savvy, and I don't know hows best to run them - or even if its worth keeping the Raptor so I'm open to advice.
Any help appreciated.
