Which NVMe 250GB Drive?

I'm looking to upgrade my boot drive from the current MX100 to an NVMe drive. I don't need more than 250GB. I could do with less but 128GB drives are a lot slower so not really worth the trade off imo.

Which drive would you go for?
I've got my eye on the 960 Evo which is back ordered but perhaps there's a better alternative.

The SM961 looks like a good option too. OEM variant but a little cheaper and in stock on OcUK.

I think I may go for that one.

Edit: The OEM drives have no support and don't work with the Magician software. I guess the SM961 is out of the question.

Those aren't NVMe. Much slower.
