Which of these games should I play?

My vote would be Metro 2033, then Witcher 2 then Batman Origins.

Metro 2033 - great story and setting, a bit linear but fun and atmospheric.

Cheers,

Go back to darksouls, how far did you get? Originally i always got to a similar part everytime i tried to get back into it, then one day i tried again and pushed through

Became one of the best games i ever played, and havent looked back! But it isnt for everyone!

Metro is good but a bit too linear and scripted for my tastes, felt slow at points but the setting and story were pretty good!
I got past the gargoyles then it opened up in many directions. I got bored getting pounded in every direction I went, added to the fact I wasn't sure which way was the best. I may go back but got loads of stuff in the meantime I'd like to play.
Kinda hesitant not to start DS2 (I have it, not installed) because 1 isn't finished.

Surprised at the love for Metro. I did play an hour of it a while back and thought the aiming felt a bit wooly. Maybe needs gun upgrades?

Rocket League.

Oh wait, you don't own it yet, and that is a mistake.
I saw it the other day and my interest way piqued - football with cars?

Gunslinger - best single player shooter for a long time, has good graphics and meaty gun play. A game that is vastly underated for some reason.
Yes looks awesome, it's definitely high up my list.

I think I'll give Witcher 2, Batman: Origins, and Gunslinger an hour each then decide. That's a decent spectrum of styles.

Well the Talos Principle just went down to a tenner on Steam, been waiting for it to go on sale. Looks like that will be my next :D (I heard it's short though so I'll still try out the other 3)
