which of these specs is best?

i was all set to buy this build:

but just before i did a friend said i should look at amd for low end.

so i came up with this:

useage is:

storage
downloading
web use

which is the better choice?

Neither are that important for the build but I do like the 6 sata ports.

It's also micro atx so I can have the case from the 2nd spec.

That Lian-Li says its Mini-ITX only, so it wont fit.
