asus one was best mobo in cpc, but the pro wasnt so good in thier reviews, but then again people in ocuk getting great overclocks from the pro... ARG dono which one!

btw might be getting these with it:
Q6600
Crucial Ballistix 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 PC2-8500C5 1066MHz Dual Channel Kit
8800GT 512mb

will overclock :D

Go with the Asus if you want flat out quad core overclocking and to have your Micron ram thrashed within an inch of its life.

Only downside is if you purchase the Asus item you are fuelling the motherboard world domination plan Asus have had in action for the past few years, Im fine with that though :D
Oh, and you might possibly run into raid issues, so if you plan to stripe some Seagate drives it may be worth going with the Abit instead.

I use the Asus Premium, currently running my Q6600 G0 at 4Ghz, boards has NO vdroop what so ever! if my cooling was up to the task of a bit more vcore and I felt it safe to run more voltage for 24/7 use, it would be quite happy to run it at 4.2Ghz.

Personally £140 is a bit on the high side for the Premium, atm OCUK have the Abit at a very good price :)

I think the *bundle* below is better value for money than buying just the Premium board, the ASUS P5K-E WIFI/AP is a stonking motherboard!
