which one is better???

hi
can someone tell me which of the following would be the best as i have them lying around the house.

-creative sound blaster live 24 bit
-creative sound blaster audigy (model is SB0090)
or the onboard sound on my asus P5N-E

Audigy1 was not really 24bit and anyone in EU that owned one should have got £40 back after lawsuit (obv if you knew about legal case), thats 1 card I skipped.
