which is faster a new:
HD4890 1024mb @ 850mhz/3900mhz clocks appx £199
or
HD4870x2 2048mb @ 750mhz/3600 clocks appx £299

an what is the recomended PSU needed ro run both these cards ?

Reason being is iam after upgrading my X1900XTX card an want the best bang for my bucks that`ll see me for a few years , as u can c i`ve skipped a few gens of Cards till now ..

i know there`s about a £100+ between em but i`d rather get the best card possible that`ll last me a few years/months/weeks ;) more ..

ohh yeah iam running a Hiper 580w PSU

i don`t realy game @ 1920x1200 res`s cause my X1900 card is kinda no quiet cutting it ..

i have a daul monitor stepup Dell24" an a Sony19" 1920x1200-1280x1024 for desktop use ,

i turn the other monitor off for most games any way ..

ohh yeah iam not realy after OC`ing the cards
