I’d say Windows 10, it’s been an excellent operating system for me.

You can chop out all the baked in nonsense like OneDrive and Cortana, and dealing with the telemetry is a relatively simple process too.

Getting access to relevant settings is a bit more round about but hardly laborious.

As time goes on Microsoft is forcing you to do certain things, advertise more e.t.c. You could nearly class it as bullying lol.... Have you tried uBuntu Desktop before? You won't get much more stable OS than macOS or Ubuntu.
