Well the first one is my pc. A fellow clan member wants to buy it PC for £400. I wanted to know if it was worth him buying one of the above or mine.

No no this is just going to be extra money towards my i7 system! £1200 to spend.

Doesn't matter in this case, the q6600 based computer is quicker at anything relative to the amd dual core or the intel e5300s coupled to the gts250.

Otherwise I'd be similarly nonplussed with the poor question though.

Q6600 (mine is clocked to 3Ghz) with a 8800GTX is what I have. It plays most if not all games I have (eg COD:MW, COD:WAW, COD:MW2, ARMAII (not quite max settings !) at max settings at 1280x1024 if that helps.
