which PCI-E SSD to get?

You know you can get those kinda speeds in raid 0 with more reliability but the hybrid drive is pretty cool, bear in mind that's just a lappy drive though with some cache so don't expect transfer rates to be fantastic on large files.

i don't have anymore sata ports free..

Another problem with using a RevoDrive is that they are quite slow at booting up (the time varies from model to model).

I don't think the hybrid actually does raid 0 speeds but as you are limited for slots for storage you might as well go for it. although you know you could use that slot for a sata 3 card and a couple of drives in raid 0 :P there's never a reason to not raid 0 unless the data is important to you.

If you get a RevoDrive, TRIM is only supported under Windows 8.

Although Microsoft added TRIM support in Windows 7, it only works with AHCI devices. The RevoDrive 3 is a Storport device, which is Microsoft's recommended interface for "high-performance buses, such as fibre channel buses, and RAID adapters." One might expect this interface to support the SCSI UNMAP command, but that's not the case, according to OCZ. Windows 8's Storport driver is expected to add an extension that supports TRIM, though.

Given these limitations, the RevoDrive essentially cannot make use of TRIM and SCSI UNMAP in Windows 7. (Source)

Just a suggestion, but why not buy a SATA PCI-E card and put your hard drives on that, then use your mobo connectors for a SATA SSD?
yeah i could do that

but the reason why im saying about a pci-e ssd card is because it performances like 2 SSD's in RAID and i want a ssd in my laptop also so i would put my Crucial RealSSD M4 in it.

buying two more M4 ssd's + sata card would cost more than a OCZ RevoDrive3 120GB.

no its not

OCZ RevoDrive3 120GB = £199.99

M4 128GB = 85.99
Crucial RealSSD M4 128GB
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HD-009-CR

PCI-E Sata card
Startech 2-Port SATA III 6Gbps PCI-Express Controller Card = £31.99
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CC-004-SR&groupid=701&catid=49&subcat=424

total = £117.98

saving is £82.01 you could virtually buy another M4 with the saving.

Run the 2 m4's in RAID 0 there you go same speed as the revo anyway

did i say i would get the OCZ RevoDrive3 120GB from here? NO. i only linked here to show which im talking about...

also read what i said, i want a ssd in my laptop also so i would put my Crucial RealSSD M4 in the laptop then i would need to buy two more M4 ssd's + sata card = £203.97 total,

so it's between spending £125 on a OCZ RevoDrive3 120GB or spending £203.97 on two more M4 ssd's + sata card

You would have more space on the m4's though and more space is always better
