Ok so grapics card is decided, BTW i'm kinda noob to all of this LOL only been building pc for a week LOL.. well planning mostly LOL

Will this mother board be ok ?

IF you plan to go Xfire in the future yes,if not stick with the Bequiet.

its not needed with your intended specs, 530w is plenty, with around 200watts in reserve.

you cant add enough harddrives/fans/UV lights etc that would use that reserve up.

Looks good. Great selection for the money, don't think you can better that. If you are planning on overclocking then that cooler will be fine, if not then just use the stock fan.
