I've previously used WMP to rip all my CDs to 320k MP3s, but I'm planning on recording all my vinyl soon (~300 12" / 50 albums). It's going to take a long time, so I want to get it right. I have an M-Audio PCI card to record them in to .wav format, but from there I'm not sure where to go in terms of processing.
Which program to rip to FLAC?

You should be able to use EAC - might have to fiddle with command line parameters to get it perfectly as you want

Incidentally the foobar2000 + diskwriter plug-in seems a very easy method
