which programs right for temp

hi
on my pc i have everest, asus pc probe,real temp installed and speedfan installed. now pc probe and real temp give me a cpu reading of around 31.32 for the core 1 and 2 of the cpu while everest and speedfan gives me a reading of about 46,47 for core 1 and 2. From the above which one is most likely to be correct?

Speedfan. You have to add 15C on the real temp readings.

would i also then add 15c when using asus pc probe as ive been using that to monitor temps of motherboard

also when using speedfan and everest should i be more concerned about cpu core 1 and cpu core 2 temperatures or just cpu temperature
