just got full cover from the mrs' for a new hdd..was thinking of the raptor 150 g...but which one please??

Don't get the clear windowed one, the Raptor X - it has half the MTBF (mean time before failure) of the normal Raptor 150GB (600,000 hours as opposed to 1.2 million hours).

Quite a drop just for adding a window, no?

even with a window on the hdd, most cases put the hdd in places where you cant realy see the top of it anyway.
