hi guys,

am looking to buy either the netgear dg834n or the cheaper pn version. I have a macbook pro and want to use wireless. Is it worth spending 15quid extra for draft n speeds now? Most of the time my laptop will be connected to my gigabit lan, the wireless will just be used for casual browsing and perhaps some online gaming. Any recommendations?

My ISP is onetel. anyone else run either of these routers with onetel broadband?

834n should be fine, if it's just brosing and light use then why pay more for speed that your net connection can't provide ?

yeah i think you are right although i always like to go for a product that will be future proof if possible. Think the 834N will do nicely!
