Which SATA II SSD?

Hi,

I need 2 ssds one for my PC and one for my laptop.

Now, my mobo (in sig) does not take 6gbs or w/e so I need the best Sata 2 SSD available.

My main needs is fast booting and fast loading of apps/games as I hate to wait

So which SSD should I go for?

I was thinking the Intel X-25M 160GB or the Vertex 2E 120GB

The thing is I know the Vertex is prolly a bit faster, but I wouldn't mind an extra 40gb on the Intel against the Vertex which is only 120GB.

Or should I go for the 240GB version of the Vertex 2E?

I know the C300 are probably the best but since I dont have SATA 6 GB/s it will be a waste of money I think as I will never reach max speeds.

Or perhaps there is something better that suits my needs and gives better performance overall?
