the modded CD63 went for £280

i ended up getting a CD6000 KI for £210 inc P&P which i thought was very good. i am seriously considering an audiocom upgrade for it now. i've read so many good things about the superclock 2, seems like an awesome piece of kit

Great price on the 6000 for just over £200. But £280 for the slightly modded 63 . Mine has cost me a total of ~£200 (so far) and will sound an awful lot better than that one off ebay, and with the things i have left to do for mine being just a large amount of cheap mods, mine won't cost me more than £300, and will sound BOSH after that.

I must reccomend the audiocom upgrade pack, but id would advise for the Kit 1 only, as it has drop in replacement voltage regulators, but the other kits are more fiddly to setup. Or the superclock 2 (off the bay) for ~£60 will give a huge jump in SQ.
