Which settings have the largest effect on framerates in Crysis?

As in title - running @22" (1650x1080 res) with G92 8800GTS want to have it looking as good as possible but with fps @ 25+ so keeping everything on high what should i drop to medium for smoothness but keeping beautiful eye candy

the shaders proberly have the biggest effect on fps but it also what makes the game look the way it does

my trick, best way to think of AA, if you can see those 'rough edges' your too close to your screen!

IMO custom settings give best performance/eye candy balance, HDR looks great yet doesn't seem to hit FPS that much, same for disabling texture streaming, increases the detail at distance but doesn't seem to hit FPS, occlusion mapping makes 2D things appear 3D and has minor hit on framerate, custom all the way
