Which SSD for ~£100?

I am looking to buy my first SSD, and wondered what suggestions people had to make? I just want a high-speed boot drive, and capacity is not a major issue for me - 40GB would be fine. It will be connected via SATA II, and my budget is approx £100... perhaps slightly more.

Shame you've just missed out on the £85 Patriot Inferno offer.

The Corsair F40 would probably do you, but you may as well go £10 further for a 60GB Vertex 2E and have a bit more legroom for some apps or games.
