Which SSD for boot drive?

My current system has two 120GB OCZ Vertex2 in RAID0 as it's boot drive. Windows 7 and programs take up about half of the space.

I went a bit mad in the Amazon Black Friday sales and ended up with three SSDs:
1. Crucial MX100 2506GB
2. Samsung 840EVO 250GB
3. Samsung 840EVO 1TB

Which one the above would be best for the OS?
I'm not a heavy gamer (just Elite: Dangerous for now) and most of what I do seems to be CPU intensive.
I'll be re-using the 120GB Vertex2s in a laptop and a nano PC.

In case anyone is wondering, what I don't use will probably end up in the MM to recoup some of my £££

The Samsung drives generally post better benchmark figures than the 256GB MX100 (which isn't quite as fast as its 512MB variant). I suppose I'd pick the 1TB Evo, since more space is always nice, but if you don't see yourself putting much on it, the 250GB one is good too.

Certain drives may bench better than others but under real world conditions i doubt you'll be able to tell the difference..

More importantly IMO is to opt for a brand that is seemly more reliable with less mean time failures rather than "this one benches quicker than that one"

I would keep the OCZ as boot drive, use the 1tb for steam and the other drives for origin and ubisoft

The 1tb evo,the larger the drive the faster it will be

I don't think 'OCZ' and 'reliable' should really be used in the same sentence TBH.

(I grabbed the Crucial as well on Black Friday there...)
