Which SSD for boot

Like the title says I have a Samsung 840 Pro 120GB and a Samsung 850 EVO 250gb Next time I reinstall what would be the best for the OS?

Won't see much difference in boot times between the two. Space wise 120GB for OS + Programs / 250GB for games.

I would use the 120GB drive for Windows and applications and the larger drive for storage.
