Which storage setup for video editing?

Hi

I've got:

2x 1TB HDD
1x 500GB HDD
2x 60GB SSD

What should I do when my PC is used mainly for video editing? I don't have an Areca controller.

I'm guessing OS on one SSD, the other SSD for scratch space and the 2x 1TB HDD's for storage?
