Which style cooler is better? And will it work size wise?

I currently have a H510 Elite with a front 280mm radiator for an AIO CPU cooler. I also have a top-rear 140mm exhaust fan and a back-rear 120mm exhaust fan.

I want to get a 3090, but it's only going to have an inch clearance for the height of the 3090 next to the radiator. Will this be fine?

Also based upon my air flow, will a blower style or an AIB 3 fan style cooler be better?
