Hi all,
I used an S-PVA 215TW screen for quite some time, it has just died so I'm in need of a replacement. At the moment I can't afford the monitor I want so I'm just going to get a cheap-ish TN panel to use for now.
It'll primarily be used for programming so crisp easy-on-the-eyes text is essential, being as close to silent as possible is essential too, a lot of screens these days seem to whine loudly and I'm very fussy about noise
.
Budget £220 max, 24", Needs DVI
- height adjustment, portrait mode & HDMI would be big pluses.
- would much prefer 1920x1200 instead of 1920x1080 but unfortunately they mostly seem to be the latter now
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
