Which tyres this time round?

You need to watch for rubbing if you go up a size. It’s only 205s on the Cooper S and JCW Mini’s, if you go up to 215 or 225s you can get tyre rubbing depending on the brand.
I went to 215 on the f56 jcw with no issues.

The stock P7 cint.... We're terribad.
Michelin PS4 have been excellent for 3 years now. Due a change very soon.

The P7s were really bad traction control flickering up to 60-70 was common and losing traction on gear changes up to 5th. In the wet the traction control light was basically a rain light. Not sure what Mini were thinking putting them on a hot hatch.

I wanted to put Goodyear Super Sports on it but they were out of stock when I needed them. Went with PS4 aswell much better tyre across the board. They are noticeably wider on the wheel compared to the P7s even though they were both the stock size. I would guess the 215 p7s would be about the same width as the 205 PS4
