Do you mean flush fit valves? I've had them and they let air out (albeit quite slowly) which meant religously checking the air every couple of days - everyone I know who has had them have had varying degrees of air loss too.

Oh yeah and one bonded itself to the wheel which was interesting

Yes mate the flush metal bolt in valves.

Think you have put me off using them now though! haha.

My ST came with rainsports on. They were awful.
I changed them to parada spec II and they are good in the dry on hot days but rubbish at all other times.

You made the best choice.

Ultrac Sessanta :D

On a related note for other Sessanta users here, have you noticed that on a wet day that the spray from other cars rear tyres are far greater than yours? I knew the tread pattern of the Vreds lend themselves well to driving in the wet but I don't see any spray out the back at all and the grip doesn't seem much different to in the dry either.

These are the stainless steel valves I was thinking of using.

I'm not too sure if I should get them fitted now with the horror storys of corrosion & air loss lol :S
