Which Upgrade?

I would get the CPU and motherboard. You will need a good cooler though too. I would go for this because by the time you come to upgrading the GPU prices will have dropped - I also think that the 8800 may struggle a little with your current CPU.
Already got the cooler - i got a freezer 7 when they were on offer last week 
Yup im leaning toward the mobo and cpu myself as im sure i can get a little more out of the 7600GT im using now.
After flogging the mobo and cpu i have now i could probably pick up a cheapo X1800XT from the MM to tide me over for a bit

Yeah definately the best move I think, that 7600 would love the CPU change. You probably know just as well as me that those CPUs overclock really nicely so I would go for the motherboard, CPU.
