Hi guys I'm putting together a new rig at Christmas using this:

YOUR BASKET
1 x Intel Core i5-4690K 3.50GHz (Devil's Canyon) Socket LGA1150 Processor - Retail £179.99
1 x Gigabyte Z97N-Gaming 5 Intel Z97 (Socket 1150) DDR3 Mini ITX Motherboard £115.99
1 x Silverstone Strider SFX Gold 450w '80 Plus Gold' Modular Power Supply (SST-ST45SF-G) £76.99
1 x Silverstone SST-SG06BB-Lite Sugo USB 3.0 - Black £37.99
1 x LiteOn DL-8A4SH-25C Slim SLOT Black 8x DVD-RW SATA Optical Drive £29.99
Total : £450.55 (includes shipping : £8.00).

I already have the case and PSU. Mobo and CPU are on order. I have a Sandisk SSD to use. I'm planning to reuse the GPU and RAM, Zotac 650TI and 1333 mhz ram. I want to change them both but what should I swap first? GPU or RAM? And if so what shall I replace them with? My gaming is 1080p. What would I need to max out 1080p?
I also want to overclock so I need a good low profile CPU fan recommending.

Standard size long cards capable (10”), width restriction-5.11"

So you just need to find a card that is no bigger than that.

R9 280 or GTX770, check the sizes of the cards on the manufacturer websites and go from there.

Is it worth getting the 280x over the 280? I'm looking for best value. I assume its team Red.

Assuming 450w PSU can manage?
