which way to upgrade?

I have 2 x Corsair (CM2X1024-5400C4) 1024MB DDR2-5400 667Mhz Twin Matched Memory Pair installed on a Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3P with a Core 2 Duo E4300 1.8GHz overclocked to 3GHz.

One of the sticks of ram has just died so I'm thinking of upgrading only got about £50. What should I get 2x1GB 1066mhz or 4x1GB 667mhz or something else?

I say 2x2gig at either 667 or 800mhz!

I am a little confused regarding the best speed to get.

The e4300 seems to have reached it's limit at 9x333 - 3GHz but would it be faster if I used 800mhz or 1066mhz memory with a different fsb / divider?
