Which WD hard drive

Just wondering what are the advantages and disadvantages of the range of Western Digital drives?
Whats the differences between red/black/green and what are each of used for??

green = low power / low performance
blue= medium power / medium performance
black = high power / high performance

Have always used the Caviar Blues myself and found them to be a solid drive.

And the red drives are primarily for NAS use!

While marketed as NAS drives I suspect they would work well for any situation where they are running 24/7 such as server use as well.

Further to the posts above the blacks also come with a longer warranty. 5 yrs vs 3 I think.
