I have gone back to Chrome, Firefox was just not working for me.

Could you elaborate?

I am mostly using Safari again on my MacBook since I managed to upgrade the OS, but also have Firefox which is a good alternative when Safari doesn’t play ball (e.g. DNS stuff).

I'm finding it a bit slower than Chrome and Firefox seems to be slower when using the Bitwarden extension. Overall I prefer Chrome.

for work I'm always using chrome, the company has google enterprise stuff so it works with their security policies etc

for home I've gone from chrome to opera gx and now on to firefox. No real reason, just wanted to try different ones.
The biggest issue I had with opera gx is lack of proper gesture support on laptops, on Firefox it's tab management is way worse than chromes

I thought I might have to switch from Chrome to Firefox when uBlock Origin stopped being supported, but uBlock Origin Lite has been just as good if not better.
Say what? I'm still running uBlock Origin! When did it stop being supported? :o:eek:
I've used Firefox since I first knew about it, that was over 20 years ago.
Wasn't it originally called Firebird? Which is why the email client is Thunderbird. Didn't something else called Firebird exist so Mozilla had to rename the browser? Couldn't work out why they didn't make Thunderbird become Thunderfox, for continuity and to avoid any possible legal action from Gerry Anderson!? :D

After trying out Floorp for several months I am sticking with it. For those that don't know it's based on FireFox but is way less hassle and can be easily customised to your liking. I use Ublock Origin, Adblocker Ultimate and Privacy Badger on it with DuckDuckGo as the search engine and have had no problems at all.

That I have no idea about! All I know is that they 'borrowed' the source code from Netscape & used it as a template for Firefox IIRC.

I'm using Edge but thinking of trying another browser as i keep getting random pauses on Youtube.

It's not buffering, it is as if i have pressed the pause button.

Have the H264ify extension, but does not help.

Odd - I don't use that extension (basically just use uBlock) and it's absolutely fine and doesn't have any adverts on there thanks to the aforementioned uBlock :)

Have you tried it with the extension disabled?

For speedtesting Edge

Firefox at home, though their current trajectory re privacy is making me think it might not last.

Edge at work; we're an O365 house and it's convenient to keep everything in one ecosystem.

After not being able to solve the Youtube pausing issue i have, i tried Google Chrome and it was ok on there.

I then decided to try MS Edge Beta and that is also working ok so i am now using this as default browser.
