Which will give better performance?

The kit that will stay the same:
Phenom II X2 550BE (Or an Phenom II X2 unlocked to an X3)
MSI 770 C45
460W CM PSU

Which of the following will give the best performance?

ATi 4670 1GB & 4GB 1333Mhz DDR3 CAS7 ram

OR

ATi 5750 & 2GB 1333MHz DDR3 CAS7 ram

5750, but if at possible get 4gb of RAM with it, 2gb might be a little sluggish if you're running Win7.

If it's 32-bit then it's not really so worthwhile, you wont be getting all of the 4gb so stick to 2gb if you're on a budget, im using 4gb on 32-bit but only because It was the only part I wanted to upgrade and had the money.
