Which windows mobile based smartphone

I'm waiting for the release of the Xda Zinc.

120mhz faster than the trion, and has a standard 2.5mm audio jack, instead of the propriety one that doesn't allow you to use any headphones you wish.

Also, the Trion uses microSD, whereas the Zinc still uses miniSD, so I can keep the card I am using with my Mini S at the moment.

:)

and are you really going to use 1gb in a month if all your doing is web browsing mobile sites and e-mail ?

Yes, definatley, I go over that in a month just browsing for <1hr a day. Then theres all the music and video downloads.

That's what your real home connection is for

If I was paying £27 a month which is more than broadband costs I would expect to be able to have enough bandwidth to browse the internet everyday.

WnW is only £7.50, and you are paying for the mobility

You have to pay £27 though, you can't get web and walk on it's own for that price. The provider can easily afford you more bandwidth for that price.

i think thats debateable

been as most of the other GSM providers are charging £1/mb with maybe a bit of allowance

on that basis the 1000mb for £7.50 looks quite a bargain.

given the market, there pricing is extremely fair

if you want to download music and video, do it through your own home internet connection.

The problem is it's easy to go other the limit just browsing the internet.

I dont see how 1000mb ISNT enough for browsing, I use my HSDPA datacard for occasional downloads, and browsing about 2-3hrs every weekday (including guff like youtube etc), never go over 500mb (my limit is 1000mb)

I use my pda every day at school for browsing and I always use more than 1gb, even though I don't go on that many websites.

hmmm, I do find that hard to believe, maybe it is better to say you use the internet on your phone a LOT, rather than saying it is easy to go over. Full blown laptop browsing for 2-3 hrs a day gets nowhere near half that.
