Which would be faster?

Which of these would give the best performance in windows? (I'm talking about general usage not which would give the best file copy speed or whatever).

- Single 74GB Raptor
- 750GB AAKS
- 2 x 320GB 7200 16MB in RAID 0

I'm trying to get a feel for what would give me the best performance for about £130

Well since Raid0 gives about a 60% real gain I would say last option, you should see Average Sustained Speed of about 90-105+MB/Sec

i'd go for the WD 750GB. quiet, fast, loads of storage, no raid problems/driver issues. create a partition on it for windows and use the other partition for storage and it will stay nice and fast
