Which x1900xtx and why

If it was me it would be this one ...
PowerColor ATI Radeon X1900 XT-X 512MB GDDR3 AVIVO TV-Out/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail (GX-059-PC)
Simply because it is currently the cheapest XTX on OcUK.
And because all X1900XTX cards are made to the same stock design.

Unless you are after something in one of the other bundles, which for me isnt usually a great concern.
 
Im pretty sure they are all the same, so I would look at the bundles and the price.
I thought I saw a HIS card with a different reference cooler - so that might be a turning point. Not 100% on this though!
 
In the US you can get the X1000 series of ATI cards with the HIS IceQ cooling (ie an Artic Cooler) but I haven't found them here

If they could bring them over that would be a clinching point for me as I like a quiet PC and by all accounts the stock coolers are a little noisy!
 
So the HIS cooler is just the same as the rest? Thats a little disappointing, hopefully the iceq will be making an appearance soon then.
 
Im really suprised artic cooling never re-released the nv series cooler for the ati cards, its the same fitting with regard to the placement of the holes as far as im aware. I think it was that asian website hkepc or whatever got an x1800 ages ago with no heatsink and mounted an nv series silencer onto it with no problems.
