I thought Magpie was overrated personally, much preferred Fuscoes fish and chips. That was about 6-7 years ago though. Check out Robin hoods bay though. Also, if you've got transport, about 20 minutes up the road, try Cliffemounte hotel in Runswick Bay, it's rosetted, or at least, it was when i worked there as a chef 
, it's the Steampunks that have started to infest the place that you need to be careful of, bloody gluing cogs to everything and parading around it **** beige H&M waistcoats thinking it looks a bit "Victorian", the only way to get rid of them is with a Cholera spray
